Founded on over 80 years of competing, learning, and coaching, Omanyd Excellence provides a deep expertise to all athletes, coaches and organizations who want to improve. Our goal is to help you define and refine your journey so that you can thrive at all levels.

We Plan to Perform
Creating a training plan for the athlete, team or club allows everyone to see the path forward and to be accountable to the goals that they set. Excellence in performance comes from excellence in training.
We build to create culture
Culture is the backbone of success. Without a positive, resilient and demanding culture, the pursuit of excellence can wander, lose focus and lead athletes, coaches and teams to a different outcome than what they desire.
We leverage experience
Coach Maureen was an elite, international epee fencer for over 7 years competing for Team Canada in several World Championships. As a coach, Maureen was the head coach for the USA junior team from 2009 - 2013 and coached them to a silver medal in 2010 and a bronze medal in 2012 at Junior world championships.
Coach Mike has coached 2 countries at 2 olympics. In 2008 his USA team won the silver medal at the Beijing Olympics in Women's Foil Team. In 2021, he was a coach for Team Canada where they took 5th at the Tokyo Olympics in the Team event. He has coached many athletes to international medals including the USA Junior women's foil team in 2009 at the World Championships where they won their first team Gold Medal.
Spectacular achievements come from unspectacular preparation.
